Overview
Small scale family farm focusing on
lawn reclaiming, obtaining local produce, seed saving, preservation, herbal
planting, cooking with local foods, year-long gardening native plant
restoration, and creative gardening.
Audience
Local members of society of all ages
and demographics
Work-Trade
Options
Working on farm plots through
harvesting, tending the land, seed saving, maintaining garden spaces, and
assistance in planning and implementation of gardens, and delivery of shares.
Site
Proposal
Urban lots (including residential
and commercial properties and school yards) throughout the Portland Metro
Region, yards and to produce food support farm to table meals, and shares for
specialized interests such as flowers, herbs, and eggs.
