Garden Chef
Overview
Create a Garden to Table experience
for local restaurants. Provide produce year-round to be highlighted on the
restaurant’s menu. Oversee and grow produce for local restaurants, through
experience and knowledge of the culinary arts. This position is for an
experienced chef and farmer/gardener who is familiar with PNW seasons
and the trends inside the culinary world.

Options
Working on garden plots through
harvesting, tending the land, seed saving, maintaining garden spaces, and
assistance in planning and implementation of gardens
Sites
Urban lots (including residential
and commercial properties) throughout the Portland Metro Region to produce food
support farm to table meals for restaurants.
